• This listing is for a text-based logo only. Text-based logos contain text ONLY but can be "embellished" with glitter, foil, gradient, or textures. 

• There is a THREE revision limit only. After that, a fee is required per additional revision of $25.

• All logos are made in Adobe Photoshop (High Quality) and the finalized logo will include PNG (transparent background), JPG, PDF, PSD file.

  • The design turnaround time is at the most, 14 business days. This may increase or decrease during peak, busy, or slower seasons. This timeframe is due to the orders that were placed before you. 

    All orders begin on the FOLLOWING business day, no exceptions.

    Drafts may be sent out on holidays and weekends, but they are not included in the timeframes above.

    • NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for graphic, web, or brand design services rendered. Once the project is initiated and payment is made, it is considered a final sale.
    • CLEAR COMMUNICATION: We believe in open and transparent communication throughout the design process. We encourage clients to provide detailed briefs and participate actively in the feedback and revision stages to ensure the final product meets their expectations.
    • DESIGN REVISIONS: We offer reasonable revisions based on the selected package or service. These revisions allow clients to request changes and adjustments to the initial design concepts provided. However, after the designated number of revisions (3) is exhausted, additional revisions may be subject to an extra fee of $25 each.
    • SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: We aim to deliver designs that align with your vision and requirements. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our work, we encourage you to communicate your concerns promptly. We will make reasonable efforts to address your feedback and make necessary revisions within the original project's scope. 
    • FILE DELIVERY: We will deliver the design files to you once the design work is completed and the final payment is made. It is essential to review the files thoroughly for any issues or discrepancies. Should you encounter any problems, please notify us within five (5) business days, and we will work to resolve them promptly.
    • ERRORS AND OMISSIONS: While we take great care to ensure accuracy, errors or omissions may occasionally occur. If you discover any errors in the final design files, please notify us within five (5) business days of receiving the files. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the errors promptly.
    • INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: Upon completing the project and receipt of the final payment, you will have full ownership of the approved design files. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, we retain the rights to showcase the completed work in our portfolio and on our social media accounts.
