ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Upon submission of payment, the client agrees to the policies set by SXMPLYCAS CO LLC. If one has not read the policies listed on this portion of the website, that is not the fault of SXMPLYCAS CO LLC.

TURNAROUND TIMES

Each service has a specific turnaround time in the description. An adequate amount of time to design each project is needed for you to receive the highest quality work from SXMPLYCAS CO LLC. The client must allow SXMPLYCAS CO LLC to work on the project without interruptions and rude, rush comments. Business days do not include weekends, holidays, or vacations. All projects will resume when the weekend or holiday is over.

Projects may take less or more time than advertised, depending on the current workload. You will be notified if there is a significant delay to your project.

PAYMENTS & PRICING

All pricing at SXMPLYCAS CO LLC is subject to change at any time and will be effective immediately upon posting on the company website. Sezzle can be used to pay in installments depending upon the price of your order. For any service, 100% of the payment is due at booking. NO DESIGNS will be started without payment.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS 

SXMPLYCAS CO LLC does not provide refunds for any series of projects unless agreed upon. Wanting to use another designer or having buyer's remorse is not a suitable means for a refund. Once payment has been made, the project will begin, and the final design will be returned to the client/customer in the turnaround time frame given (Note: Turnaround times vary amongst projects or amount of projects. An ample 3-14 business days may be needed because there may be revisions that need to be done. If you would like to cancel an order you already paid for, and the design process has begun (either deposit or full amount), SXMPLYCAS CO LLC WILL NOT refund any payment already received.

 

DRAFTS & PROOFS

A steady flow of communication is needed to ensure you receive your designs on time. If more time is needed to complete this information, please notify us. (Ex. If it takes 3 days for you to respond to proofs or revisions, your project completion date is extended by 3 days.) We are aware that life happens, and unforeseen circumstances may occur. We ask that you kindly notify us!

REVISIONS FOR ONGOING PROJECTS

For all services done by SXMPLYCAS CO LLC, there is a three (3) free revision limit. After the three free revisions are used, any additional revisions will be $25.00 each. 

 

Revisions include changes to font, color, size of the element, placement of text or photo, etc. (A request for a new layout or new design is considered a redesign). For a redesign, there is a fee of $100. You will be billed via invoice for any additional revisions or redesigns via invoice. This invoice must be paid before the revisions/redesigns are completed.

REVISIONS FOR FINALIZED DESIGN FILES

PURPOSE: This policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for handling revision requests from previous clients after the design files have been finalized and delivered to the client.
 

Revision Request Eligibility: This policy applies to all previous clients who have already received and accepted the final design files. Clients may request revisions up to 7 business days after the delivery date of the final files.

 

Revision Scope: Revisions will be limited to minor adjustments and modifications that do not require a complete overhaul of the original design. Major redesigns or substantial changes will be considered a separate project and subject to a new agreement.

 

Revision Fee: Each revision requested by the client will incur a mandatory fee of $50. The fee is intended to cover the administrative and design time required to implement the requested changes.

 

Request Submission: Clients must submit their revision requests in writing via email or through the official communication channel established during the project. If applicable, the request should include specific details about the desired changes and any supporting materials.

 

Approval and Timeframe: Upon receiving a revision request, our team will review the scope of changes and determine whether it falls within the scope of this policy. If approved, revisions will be completed within [Insert Number] business days, subject to workload and complexity.

 

Payment: The revision fee of $50 must be paid before any work on the requested changes commences. Payment can be made through invoice.

 

Satisfaction Guarantee: We are committed to providing high-quality design services to our clients. If, for any reason, the client is not satisfied with the revised design, they may request one additional revision without incurring an additional fee.

 

Exclusions: This policy does not apply to errors or mistakes on our part during the original design process. In such cases, revisions will be done at no cost to the client.

 

Policy Updates: This policy may reflect business practices or industry standard changes. Clients will be notified of any policy changes through our official communication channels.

 

The client acknowledges and agrees to abide by this policy by requesting revisions after the finalization of design files.

DESIGNS

Please DO NOT book any services if you do not have some vision for your branding. Phrases such as “Make it pop” or “I just want something cute” will not suffice. These types of statements lead to unnecessary revisions and prolonged turnaround times. SXMPLYCAS CO LLC does not freestyle any designs.

❏ Clients are required to submit all HIGH-quality pictures. 

❏ PLEASE refrain from using dull cell phone images, Snapchat photos, or harshly edited photos.

❏ Make sure ALL text/information given is spell-checked, proofread before sending, and is not subject to copyright. 

❏ Once completed, you (the client) give SXMPLYCAS COLLC the right to use it for portfolio or marketing purposes unless agreed upon otherwise.

GHOST POLICY

After 10 days of no communication from the client regarding drafts or revisions, there will be a $100 restart fee. After 30 days, your project will be canceled, and no refund will be issued. We understand certain circumstances may arise and are willing to work with our clients but do not want to take away time for current ongoing projects.

 

Ghosting at SXMPLYCAS CO LLC is highly frowned upon, and this policy is highly emphasized and enforced.

DELIVERY OF FILES

All design-only projects are sent to you ("The Client/Customer") in the form of an email from me ("SXMPLYCAS CO LLC"). Logo designs will always be sent in JPG, PNG, PDF, and. Ai. PSD format. There is no additional charge for the vector format, as this is an essential file format that can be scaled to any size. Other digital projects (flyers, business cards, website graphics, etc.) are sent in JPG or PNG format. If a PDF file is needed, SXMPLYCAS CO LLC will need to be contacted to supply that for you. 

 

All core PSD or. AI files remain the property of SXMPLYCAS CO LLC, even if a copy has been supplied to you. Once a project has been finalized and the files have been delivered to you (except for core files), you own the rights to what you have purchased.

 

Copyrighting and/or trademarking your logo is solely up to you and not the responsibility of SXMPLYCAS CO LLC.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment processing time for printed items:

After your designs have been finalized & approved, processing will take 4 - 7 business days. After the order has been processed and packed, an email will be sent to the email provided at checkout, including tracking information. Shipping will take 7-14 business days. Please note that orders will only ship on Mondays - Fridays. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. We can not control the shipping time once the carrier has received the package.

Please note: Due to COVID-19, Delivery delays can occur.

Additionally, please check your tracking information regularly for updates on the whereabouts of your shipment. After several failed delivery attempts to your residence, your shipment will be delivered back to SXMPLYCAS CO LLC. You must submit payment for the reshipment before your items are shipped out again.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

1. Licensing and Ownership:

   a. All digital downloads and eBooks available on our website are the property of SXMPLYCAS CO and protected by copyright laws.

   b. Purchasing a digital download or eBook grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the material for personal or commercial purposes, as specified in the product description.

2. Permitted Usage:

   a. The purchased digital downloads and eBooks may be used in branding, marketing, website design, social media, and other creative endeavors.

   b. You may modify, customize, or incorporate the digital downloads and eBooks into your work, provided the resulting material is not resold or distributed in its original form.

3. Prohibited Usage:

   a. Redistribution: You are not allowed to share, sell, or distribute digital downloads or eBooks to others, whether for profit or free, in any form.

   b. Reproduction: Reproducing digital downloads or eBooks for resale, sublicense, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

   c. Reselling: You may not sell digital downloads or eBooks as standalone products or part of a collection without explicit permission from SXMPLYCAS CO.

4. Copyright Notice:

   a. You must retain and not remove copyright notices or watermarks in digital downloads and eBooks.

   b. Any use of the material must credit SXMPLYCAS CO as the source of the content.

5. Refunds and Exchanges:

   a. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for purchased digital downloads and eBooks. All sales are final.

   b. However, if you encounter any issues with the downloaded files, please get in touch with our customer support for assistance.

6. Intellectual Property Violations:

   a. In case of any suspected copyright infringement or unauthorized usage of our digital downloads and eBooks, please report it to us immediately.

   b. We reserve the right to take appropriate actions against those found violating our policies, including legal remedies.

 

7. Availability and Pricing:

   a. The availability and pricing of digital downloads and eBooks are subject to change without prior notice.

   b. All prices on our website are in USD and inclusive of applicable taxes.
