ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Upon submission of payment, the client agrees to the policies set by SXMPLYCAS CO LLC. If one has not read the policies listed on this portion of the website, that is not at the fault of SXMPLYCAS CO LLC.

TURNAROUND TIMES

There is a 7-14 business day turnaround time for most services and a 3-4 week turnaround time for packages or website design.  An adequate amount of time to design each project is needed for you to receive the highest quality work from SXMPLYCAS CO LLC. It is extremely important that the client allows SXMPLYCAS CO LLC to work on the project without interruptions and/or rude rush comments. Business days do not include weekends, holidays or vacations. All projects will resume when the weekend or holiday is over.

Depending on the current workload, projects may take less or more time than advertised. You will be notified if there is a significant delay to your project.

PAYMENTS & PRICING

All pricing at SXMPLYCAS CO LLC are subject to change at any time and will be effective immediately upon posting on the company website. Sezzle can be used to pay in installments depending upon the price of your order. For any service, 100% of the payment is due at booking. NO DESIGNS will be started without payment. 

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS 

SXMPLYCAS CO LLC does not provide refunds for any series of projects unless agreed upon. Wanting to use another designer or having buyers remorse is not a suitable means for a refund. Once payment has been made, the project will begin and the final design will be returned to the client/customer in the turnaround time frame given (Note: Turnaround times vary amongst projects or amount of projects. An ample 1-2 business days may be needed because there may be revisions that need to be done. If you would like to cancel an order you already paid for and the design process has began (either deposit or full amount), SXMPLYCAS CO LLC WILL NOT refund any of the payment already received.

DRAFTS & PROOFS

A steady flow of communication is needed in order to ensure that you receive your designs in time. If more time is needed to complete this information, please notify us. (Ex. If it takes 3 days for you to respond to proofs or revisions, your project completion date is extended by 3 days.) We are aware that life happens, and unforeseen circumstances may occur, we just ask that you kindly notify us! 

REVISIONS

For all services done by Chanlagraphics LLC, there is a three (3) free revision limit. After the free three revisions are used, any additional revisions will be $25.00 each. 

 

Revisions include changes to font, color, size of element, placement of text or photo, etc. (A request for a new layout or new design is considered a redesign). For a redesign, there is a fee of $45. You will be billed via invoice for any additional revisions or redesigns via invoice. This invoice must be paid before the revisions/redesigns will be completed. 

DESIGNS

Please DO NOT book any services if you do not have some sort of vision for your branding. Phrases such as “Make it pop” or “I just want something cute” will not suffice. These types of statements lead to unnecessary revisions and prolonged turnaround times. SXMPLYCAS CO LLC does not freestyle any designs.

❏ Clients are required to submit all HIGH quality pictures. 

❏ PLEASE refrain from using dull cell phone images, snapchat photos, or harshly edited photos.

❏ Make sure ALL text/information given is spell checked, proofread before sending and is not subject to copyright. 

❏ Once completed, you (the client) gives SXMPLYCAS COLLC the right to use for portfolio and/or marketing purposes unless agreed upon otherwise. 

GHOST POLICY

After 10 days of no communication from the client regarding drafts or revisions, there will be a $75 restart fee. After 15 days, your project will be cancelled, and no refund will be issued. 

 

Ghosting at SXMPLYCAS CO LLC is highly frowned upon and this policy is highly emphasized and enforced.

delivery of files

All design only projects are sent to you ("The Client/Customer") in the form of email from me ("SXMPLYCAS CO LLC"). Logo designs will always be sent in JPG, PNG, PDF and .Ai or .PSD format. There is no additional charge for the vector format as this is an essential file format that can be scaled to any size. Other digital projects (flyers, business cards, website graphics, etc) are sent in JPG or PNG format. If a PDF file is needed, SXMPLYCAS CO LLC will need to be contacted to supply that for you. 

 

All core PSD or .AI files remain the property of SXMPLYCAS CO LLC, even if a copy has been supplied to you. Once a project has been finalized and the files have been delivered to you, (with the exception of core files) you own the rights to what you have purchased.

 

Copyrighting and/or trademarking your logo is solely up to you and not the responsibility of SXMPLYCAS CO LLC.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment processing time for printed items:

After your designs have been finalized & approved, processing will take 4 - 7 business days. After the order has been processed and packed, a email will be sent to the email provided at checkout, including tracking information. Shipping will take 7-14 business days. Please note that orders will only ship on Mondays - Fridays. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. We can not control the shipping time once the carrier has received the package. 

Please note: Due to COVID-19 Delivery delays can occur.

Additionally, please be sure you are checking your tracking information regularly for updates on the whereabouts of your shipment. After several failed delivery attempts to your residence, your shipment will be delivered back to SXMPLYCAS CO LLC. You will then need to submit payment for the reshipment before your items are shipped out again.

After the order has been processed and packed, a email will be sent to the email provided at checkout, including tracking information. Shipping will take 7-14 business days. PRIVACY POLICY

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.

 

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

 

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

To provide and operate the Services;

To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;

To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;

To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services;

To comply with any applicable laws and regulations.

 

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers

 

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.
