You have to have a plan for each of those areas. Start off with planning your marketing campaigns early, at least 2 months early. The purpose of a marketing campaign is to give your customers something to be excited and look forward to. That can be a sale off of your best selling item or service.
Nothing is wrong with using Canva templates to create digital posts and graphics for your website. I do suggest figuring out a way to differentiate your brand from others. Don't post the same graphics that you use every day of the year. Make your content POP. You can do that by reaching out and planning with your favorite graphic designer. If you don't have one, find one that can actually bring your vision to life and elevate them even more. You don't want the same old graphics that everyone uses. The goal is to entice your clients to purchase and come back for more.
In order to meet a specific goal (monetary or engagentment wise), you have to have a clear plan on how to achieve it. Write it down step by step, day by day, hour by hour, if you have to. Break down each day promotions and theme like this (example):
Black Friday: Showcase new arrivals + XX% off
Small Business Saturday: Build a Bundle or Bundle Deals
Super Savings Sunday: XX% off Best Sellers or a free gift w/ purchase of $100+
Cyber Monday: XX% off new arrivals and Bundle Deals
That's just an example and you can tailor it to your business whether you sell physical products, digital products, or services.
