  • 1-3 High-quality images (at minimum)
  • Text, policies, information, etc. (typed out and organized)
 
Please Read Before Purchasing: 
  • Before placing your order, you MUST have an Acuity account and plan set up.
  • After your order is placed, an email will be sent to the contact email provided, requesting files and information needed to start your project.
  • Acuity customization can take up to 2- 14 business days, not including weekends and holidays.
  • The turnaround time starts once all information is sent after submitting your order.
  • Up to 3 FREE revisions are provided. After that, any additional modification is $25 each.
  • Please review our policies before placing an order.

  • The design turnaround time is, at the most, 10 to 14 business days. This may increase or decrease during peak, busy, or slower seasons. This timeframe is due to the orders that were placed before you. 

    All orders begin on the FOLLOWING business day, no exceptions.

    Drafts may be sent out on holidays and weekends, but they are not included in the timeframes above.
